Why Clean With Distilled White Vinegar?

Here at EASE Cleaning, we're always looking for tough ingredients that are gentle on our planet.

With that in mind, it's no wonder we ended up turning to distilled vinegar as one of our staples.

All natural and safe for everyone, we use distilled vinegar for tough stains and streak-free glass. ✨

How Is Distilled White Vinegar Made?

Okay, so, picture this: you've got some plain old alcohol, like the kind they make from corn, right? Now, you water it down a bit. Then, you throw in these tiny little guys called bacteria, specifically the Acetobacter kind. They're like little eating machines that love alcohol.

These bacteria get to work, munching on the alcohol and, get this, they poop out... acetic acid! That's the stuff that makes vinegar sour. They need air to do their thing, so it's not like they're just swimming around in a sealed container.

Basically, you start with alcohol, add bacteria, and they turn it into vinegar. Then you just filter it to clear it up and bam! That's distilled white vinegar in a nutshell.

Don't worry -- these bacteria are the good guys! The kind you want in your home, cleaning and fighting against the bad ones! 💪🧼

How To Use Distilled White Vinegar

Vinegar is like, the old-school, natural way to go. You just mix it with water, like half and half, and you've got this awesome all-purpose cleaner.

Countertops? Check. Sinks? Yup. Even the fridge!

For the microwave, just nuke some vinegar and water together for a few minutes, and all that gunk wipes right off.

Coffee maker acting up? Run a vinegar cycle, then rinse it out. Drains clogged? Baking soda plus vinegar equals fizzy cleaning action.

Bathrooms are a breeze, too. Spray it on the shower to get rid of soap scum, pour some in the toilet, and let it sit. Got those crusty showerheads? Soak 'em in vinegar.

Windows? Vinegar and water.

Boom, streak-free.

📢 Just remember, it's acidic, so don't use it on fancy stone stuff like marble!

Will My Home Stink Of Vinegar?

Haha, don't worry. The smell of vinegar disappears quicker than you might expect, and we only use it for windows, glass, and heavy-duty grime removal with your permission!
