Any time you're paying for a service, you should have all of your questions answered prior to committing. Here are some of our most frequently-asked questions about our house cleaning service. If there are any questions you'd like answered that you don't see here, feel free to reach out to us!
Frequently Asked Questions
We clean top-to-bottom in every home. We start by dusting any light fixtures and ceiling fans. Then, we'll dust any and all uncluttered furniture. Next, we'll clean the counters, exterior of appliances and cabinets, sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs. After that, we'll wipe the baseboards. And lastly, we'll vacuum and mop.
If you need the inside of the fridge, oven, or cabinets cleaned, we can do that as well! Just let us know. An additional charge will apply.
Just like how a steakhouse doesn't serve milkshakes, there are some services we don't offer.
We don't washes dishes, do laundry, clean walls, move furniture or decor, tidy or de-clutter, clean up pet messes (poop, pee, throw-up), enter homes with infestations (cockroaches, bedbugs, mice, etc.), hoarder homes, blinds that are prone to breaking (white, flimsy blinds), or get on step-ladders or elevated services.
We always try to send the same cleaner(s) to all of your cleanings. Sometimes, there are changes in availability and we need to send a different cleaner. If you have a preferred cleaner, let us know and we'll do our best to make sure they're always your cleaner. In that circumstance, we will work together to choose a day and time that fits everyone's schedule.
