What does the house cleaning service include?

We clean top-to-bottom in every home. We start by dusting any light fixtures and ceiling fans. Then, we'll dust any and all uncluttered furniture. Next, we'll clean the counters, exterior of appliances and cabinets, sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs. After that, we'll wipe the baseboards. And lastly, we'll vacuum and mop.

If you need the inside of the fridge, oven, or cabinets cleaned, we can do that as well! Just let us know. An additional charge will apply.

What does the house cleaning service NOT include?

Accepted Answer

Just like how a steakhouse doesn't serve milkshakes, there are some services we don't offer.

We don't washes dishes, do laundry, clean walls, move furniture or decor, tidy or de-clutter, clean up pet messes (poop, pee, throw-up), enter homes with infestations (cockroaches, bedbugs, mice, etc.), hoarder homes, blinds that are prone to breaking (white, flimsy blinds), or get on step-ladders or elevated services.

Can I pay with cash or check?

Accepted Answer

The only payment method we accept is credit/debit card. When you initially come on with EASE Cleaning Services, we'll put your card on file and charge it after each cleaning.

Question 4

Does someone have to be home while you clean?

Accepted Answer

Nope! As long as you let us know how to get in your home, we're good to go! You can leave a key out for us, leave a door unlocked, or give us the code to get in.

Is EASE Cleaning Services insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we're fully insured!

Do you bring your own supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we bring everything we need to get the job done!

Can you use my vacuum and/or cleaning products?

Accepted Answer

No, it's our policy that we only use our own vacuum, cleaning products, and supplies. Our team is trained specifically on our supplies and products. But, if you have any recommendations for products or supplies, we'd love to hear them!

Question 8

What if I'm not 100% satisfied with the cleaning service?

Accepted Answer

If you're not 100% satisfied with the cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we'll schedule a time to come back and clean any missed areas free of charge!

Question 9

Will I get the same cleaner(s) for all of my cleanings?

Accepted Answer

We always try to send the same cleaner(s) to all of your cleanings. Sometimes, there are changes in availability and we need to send a different cleaner. If you have a preferred cleaner, let us know and we'll do our best to make sure they're always your cleaner. In that circumstance, we will work together to choose a day and time that fits everyone's schedule.

Do I have to do anything before my cleaning?

You don't have to do anything before your cleaning but keep in mind that we don't tidy or de-clutter. If your home is cluttered, we'll work around the clutter while still doing our best to make your home as clean as possible.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

In the event that you need or want to cancel a cleaning, please give us 48 hours notice. There is an $80 cancellation fee if the notice is within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of your cleaning.

Question 12

What if something is damaged during my cleaning?

Accepted Answer

While we always do our best to clean your home with care, mistakes do happen. If something is damaged while we're cleaning, we'll do everything we can to repair or replace it. When appropriate, an insurance claim will be filed. We're fully insured to cover an unfortunate situation.
